Returns Policy

Here at All Fur Pets we care about our customers. If you are not satisfied for any reason, please contact us at support@allfurpets.com.au or call us on 0466910733 and let us know the issues with the products. Our highly trained staff will be able to assist you and help make arrangements.

 

What can be returned?

Most products can be returned if they are not suitable. The exception to this rule is because of hygienic reasons we cannot accept dog treat bags, whistles or any items that are opened that are edible such as dog treats.  Items must be returned within 30 days.

Items that are returned must be sent back to us the same way as they were sent to you with any original tags attached or original packing. Items that are returned back in envelopes etc may become damaged in transit will not be accepted for return. Items must be new, clean and not with hair on it or a refund may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for all postage fee of returning items unless there was an error from our warehouse. There is no free returns postage for wrong size or colour or changed mind returns as this is cost is incurred by you.

Original postage and handling charges will not be refunded unless it is an error from our warehouse.

Our staff will send you a returns form that must be filled out and either sent with item or emailed back.

I received something damaged, what do I do?

Sometimes through postage things can get damaged as once it leaves our warehouse it is out of our control. If you have received a damaged product email us at support@allfurpets.com.au or call us on 0466910733 with your name, the damage product, your invoice number and photos of how you received the item and of the damage done to the item if not able to be seen. Our staff will then work with you to resolve the issue.

 

When do I get a refund?

Once the goods have returned to our warehouse, our returns team will process your return and authorise the refund. It will be refunded in the same method as the order paid unless you request an exchange or store credit. You will be emailed once this process is complete.
